GENERAL

- Provide a description, character references, pose/background references (if needed), sketches (optional), and your budget. Text-only descriptions are also accepted.

- Final artwork is delivered digitally (PNG or JPEG, 300 DPI) in your requested or standard canvas size.

- You may request a physical copy mailed to you, and I will charge only for the postage. You can get a physical copy printed on 180gm A4 quality paper or as a sticker (only Chibis). Limited to one per commission request. (Europe Only)

USAGE POLITICS

- Personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed.

- I do not allow any modifications or resellings of my art.

- Copyright is retained by me, the artist, Cwawdia. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it on my art accounts to promote my commissions. If you would like your commission to not be posted online, please let me know!

- Credit is not directly needed as long as you don't claim my art as your own, but it is always highly appreciated.

You are allowed to

- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

- Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.

Do not ever commission me art for NFTs, upload my art to blockchains or sample it for AI. Doing so will get you blacklisted.

COMERCIAL USE? (+100% fee)

I can do comercial use for such cases:

- Art / graphics made for shops or any business-related work / original domain websites.

- Promotional material: CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons, etc.

- YouTube or similar assets (banner, avatar, art in videos, thumbnails).

PAYMENT

- Payments will only be accepted through PayPal, MBWAY or by Vgen

- I require a 50% up-front payment. Once paid, I will start working fully on your commission. If not, I will have to cancel it. When the second half of the payment is done, you will get the final commission file.

REVISIONS

- I will always show you all the stages of the commission:

Sketch -> Line Art -> Flat Colors -> Rendered Artwork

- The work can be revised 3 times. Mistakes do not count, I will fix those.

- Major changes should be requested during the sketch or lineart stage. Significant changes during coloring may include extra fees.

- Do not edit the artwork yourself; I'm always open to edit past work.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY TIME

- I will always do my best to finish your commission as soon as possible and I will always provide you an estimate time for completion and indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.

- Completion typically takes 5–30 days, depending on complexity, revisions, workload, and queue position. I do commissions by queue, so be patient.

- Rush fee require +100% of the initial commission price.

REFUNDS

- If, for whatever reason, I'm not able to finish your commission, I have the right to cancel and refund you the full money for your commission at any time.

- If you cancel after work has begun (beyond the sketch stage), you'll receive a partial refund based on the completed work.

No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
