GENERAL

- Make sure to do a little briefing when contacting me: Description, Character Sheet, Pose & Background references (if you want background), Client Sketch (if you have any) and let me know about your budget. The more details the better!

- I also work with text only descriptions!

- All artwork is transferred digitally: JPEG or PNG files 300dpi, you can pick the canvas size or I can just pick a standard one (A4) for you!

- You may request a physical copy mailed to you, and I will charge only for the postage. You can get a physical copy printed on 180gm A4 quality paper or as a sticker (only for Chibis). Limited to one per commission request. (Europe Only)

USAGE POLITICS

If you want art for commercial use you must talk to me about it so that we can come to an agreement. Obviously it will be more expensive than personal use commissions.

- With that said, if we don't talk about commercial use, all my art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, I do not allow any modifications or resellings of my art.

- Copyright is retained by me, the artist, Cwawdia. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it on my art accounts to promote my commissions, so if you would like your commission to not be posted online, please let me know!

- Credit is not directly needed as long as you don't claim my art as your own, but it is always highly appreciated.

You are allowed to

- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

- Use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.

Do not ever commission me art for NFTs, upload my art to blockchains or sample it for AI. Doing so will get you blacklisted.

PAYMENT

- Payments will only be accepted through PayPal, MBWAY or by Vgen!!!

- I require a 50% up-front payment. Once paid, I will start working fully on your commission. If not, I will have to cancel it. When the second half of the payment is done, you will get the final commission file.

REVISIONS

- I will always show you all the stages of the commission:

Sketch -> Line Art -> Flat Colors -> Rendered Artwork

- The work can be revised 3 times. Mistakes do not count, I will fix those.

- You can ask for changes in the sketch and lineart stages. Changes in the coloring stages that are not about colors WILL COST EXTRA.

- Do NOT do any big edits on my art in any circunstances. If you want any edit I can do it for you, but nothing that makes me uncomfortable.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY TIME

- I will always do my best to finish your commission as soon as possible, depending on the position of your commission request on my work list, and I will always provide you an estimated time for completion and/or indicate if there is a delay in completing your commission.

- I can take up to 5 – 20 days to finish since I started working on the commission. Why this time interval? Because it depends on the commission itself. On its complexity, on the number of revisions, and the volume of work I’m under at the time of the request or if I’m between art markets. I do commissions by queue, so be patient, I’ll get back to you when it’s your turn. 200% of the full payment is required if you want me to prioritize your commission.

REFUNDS

- If, for whatever reason, I'm not able to finish your commission, I have the right to cancel and refund you the full money for your commission at any time.

- If you want a refund and If I have already started your commission (after the sketch step), I will issue a partial refund based on how much work was done.

- No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
